Troy Shoulders

Troy Shoulders is an accomplished veteran advocate with extensive experience in intelligence and financial management. Currently serving at the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs since August 2018, Troy previously held significant leadership roles, including Director of the Intelligence Analysis and Production Division at the Joint Intelligence Center, USSOCOM, where supervision extended to over 100 personnel, and Director of the Operations Division at the Joint Intelligence Center, USCENTCOM, overseeing a team of 350. A former financial center manager at Bank of America, Troy transitioned nearly three decades of Navy management and administration skills into the financial sector. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and a Post-Graduate Intelligence Program from the National Intelligence University. Additionally, Troy completed Joint Professional Education at the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
