Mathai Jacob

Mathai Jacob is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal practice, currently serving at Florida East Coast Industries since July 2016. In this role, Mathai Jacob specializes in structuring, documenting, negotiating, and reviewing complex construction and development agreements, while providing counsel to management and project teams on various development and operational matters. Prior to this, Mathai Jacob was with Katz Barron from October 1999 to July 2016, focusing on litigation matters in State and Federal Court as well as transactional issues. Mathai Jacob holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
