William Marcal is a seasoned professional in sports administration and customer engagement, currently serving as the Recreational Development Academy Administrator at Florida Elite Soccer Academy since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where William contributed to fan experience by providing customer service and executing in-game promotions, and with the Boston Red Sox, where assistance was given in managing events during Major League Baseball home games at Fenway Park. William also has a background in athletic communications from Merrimack College, where responsibilities included media operations and content production for the athletics department. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing was earned at Merrimack College in 2017.

Florida Elite provides development opportunities for players starting at a young age. A player-centric approach fosters individual confidence along with team success. Florida Elite Soccer Academy teaches players a style of soccer emphasizing passing and possession of the ball. As players improve most by competing with players at similar levels, teams are formed by grouping players of similar abilities. This shared vision promotes a feeling of “family” within the club.
