Kimberly Gervais currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Florida ENT & Allergy since 2022, where Kimberly manages a multi-specialty practice and has successfully implemented strategies that enhanced top-line revenue by 8%. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Director of Operations at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg from 2018 to 2022, overseeing 22 cost centers and refining clinical procedures to improve patient safety and operational efficiency. Kimberly's earlier experience includes a tenure at HCA from 2008 to 2018 as the Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology, where Kimberly led a team to improve patient care protocols and achieved a significant increase in patient volume. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from St. Petersburg College, and Associate’s degrees from The University of Toledo and Sanford-Brown Institute-Tampa.
