Ken Simone

Ken Simone is currently the President of Genesis Specialty Ingredients, LLC, and the Chief Operating Officer at Florida Food Products, Inc. Ken has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and quality management in the food and beverage industry. Prior to their current roles, Ken has held various leadership positions in companies such as Senomyx, Inc., Heartland Sweeteners, LLC, and Firmenich. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
