Kasey Fraize

Kasey Fraize is an experienced health professional currently serving as an HIV Program Specialist II at CAN Community Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kasey worked as a Health Coach at Noom Inc. from October 2020 to May 2022 and held the position of Assistant Hall Director at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from July 2020 to November 2020.
