Michael Rutishauser

Michael Rutishauser currently serves as a Business System Analyst at Florida Health Care Plans since September 2020 and has previously held the position of Software Quality Assurance II. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Alight Solutions from June 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included manually processing claims during the COVID-19 outbreak and documenting new processes for risk management. Earlier experience includes work as a Health Client Technology Analyst I at Alight Solutions, focusing on software conversions and healthcare spending accounts. Michael began a career at Radial Inc. in June 2013 as a Tier 1 Phone Agent and progressed to an Operations Supervisor and later as an Operational Excellence Project Support Specialist, where responsibilities included creating Functional Design Documents and conducting software tests. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from the University of South Florida.
