Andrea Cichon, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as Sr. Director at Tampa General Hospital since August 2010. In this role, Andrea leads a dynamic team focused on various aspects of People and Talent Development, including Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Volunteer Services, and Student Affiliations, while collaborating with Human Resources teams. Additionally, Andrea contributes strategic HR leadership as a Board Member for CareerSource Tampa Bay and has previously served on the Civil Service Board for Hillsborough County.
