Blake Thompson

Blake Thompson, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Business Operations for Service Lines at Tampa General Hospital since June 2023, after completing a role as the Couris Family Administrative Fellow. Previously, Blake Thompson worked as a Business System Analyst at University of South Florida Tampa General Physicians, where responsibilities included conducting routine reporting on key performance metrics. Experience also includes an internship at Tampa General Hospital focusing on strategic initiatives, a position as a Patient Access Representative at USF Health providing customer service, and supervisory roles at the University of Iowa Division of Student Life. Educational background includes a Master’s in Health/Health Care Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Iowa.
