Clarissa Rodriguez

Clarissa Rodriguez, MHA, LSSGB, currently serves as the Manager of Executive Special Projects in Nursing Administration at Tampa General Hospital, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Rodriguez worked as a Program & Project Manager at the University of South Florida, where a significant achievement included developing an enterprise-wide Faculty Onboarding Program for USF Health. Earlier experience at Tampa General Hospital includes various roles, culminating in project oversight and execution of complex initiatives as a Project Analyst and contributions to marketing initiatives as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. Rodriguez's career began with an administrative internship at the Methodist Healthcare System, where exposure to executive-level operations was gained. Education includes a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of the Incarnate Word.
