Guilherme H. Oliveira

Guilherme H. Oliveira, MD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President at Tampa General Hospital since February 2024. Prior to this role, Guilherme held positions as Heart Failure Cardiologist and Physician Executive and Division Chief of Cardiovascular Sciences at the University of South Florida from December 2019 to February 2024, and as Vice President and Chief of the Heart & Vascular Institute at Tampa General Hospital from December 2019 to October 2023. With extensive experience in cardiology, Guilherme has also held significant academic and leadership roles at institutions such as Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, and UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a medical degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and advanced training in cardiology from Baylor College of Medicine.
