Mark G. Moseley

Mark G. Moseley, MD, MHA, is a distinguished medical professional currently serving as Professor and Chair of the Department of Medicine, as well as Vice Dean and Associate Dean at Morsani College of Medicine, with tenure beginning in January 2017. Additionally, Mark occupies the roles of President at USF Tampa General Physicians and Executive Vice President at Tampa General Hospital since April 2022. Previously, Mark held significant leadership positions at the University of South Florida and The Ohio State University, including Chief Clinical Officer for USF Health, Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs in Emergency Medicine, and Medical Director of the Emergency Department. Mark's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine and Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Cedarville University. Research experience includes fellowships at The Ohio State University and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, focusing on vascular biology and biochemistry, respectively.
