Rachel Karlnoski-Everall

Rachel Karlnoski-Everall is an accomplished professional in clinical research and academia with extensive experience at Tampa General Hospital and the University of South Florida. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Research Operations for both institutions since October 2020, Rachel also holds the position of Director of Research and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Florida since July 2007. Previous roles include Director of Research and Director of Quality & Research at Florida Gulf-to-Bay Anesthesiology and Tampa General Hospital from July 2007 to June 2015, and Research Associate at Moffitt Cancer Center from March 2002 to August 2003. Rachel earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of South Florida and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Florida.
