Shani Grundt

Shani Grundt, LCSW, is an experienced social worker specializing in transplant and behavioral health services. Since August 2019, Shani has served in the LCSW Transplant Assist Pool at Tampa General Hospital, providing outpatient case management and psychosocial evaluations for kidney and liver transplant candidates. Concurrently, Shani has been offering individual therapy through telehealth with Path since May 2022 and previously worked at Enlightened Choice, PLLC, where individual therapy was provided in both in-person and virtual settings. Prior experience includes roles at Largo Medical Center and Windmoor Healthcare, focusing on group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management. Shani holds a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
