Kayla A. Hopkins is currently serving as the State and Federal Affairs Legislative Coordinator at the Florida Hospital Association since July 2022, following a role as Legislative Assistant. Prior experience includes working as an Enrollment Management Officer at Florida State University, where daily operations for the Office of Admissions were overseen and issues related to student admissions were resolved. Additional roles include English Language Learner Paraprofessional and Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Amos P. Godby High School, Health Monitor, Law Clerk Intern at Ben Crump Law, LLC, and multiple internships at the Florida House of Representatives. Kayla A. Hopkins holds a Master's degree in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, along with an Associate’s degree from Tallahassee State College.
