Matthew Saag

Matthew Saag is a professional with extensive experience in legislative roles within the Florida House of Representatives, currently serving as a Budget Analyst since October 2021 and previously as a Legislative Research Assistant. Prior experience includes a position as a Legal Proofreader for The Florida Legislature and earlier roles such as Messenger Clerk and Legislative Intern, where responsibilities encompassed document transport, proofreading, and legislative research. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Polk State College and a high school diploma from Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School.
