Mark Pease

Mark Pease is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Florida Housing Finance Corporation since July 2019, Mark has played a pivotal role in promoting homeownership and has instructed over 1,800 realtors on affordable housing. Previously, positions held include Mortgage Loan Officer at Gulf Winds Credit Union, VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, and various managerial roles in credit unions such as Envision Credit Union and Campus USA Credit Union. Mark also founded Pease Consulting Services, LLC to assist credit unions in enhancing their mortgage operations. Education includes time at the University of Central Florida and completion of high school at Churchill High School and West Chester East High School.
