Christopher Cantens

Christopher Cantens serves as the Assistant Vice President of Governmental Relations and the Director of State Relations at Florida International University since October 2015. Previously, Christopher worked as a Legislative Aide for the Florida House of Representatives from July 2011 to October 2015 and held the position of Staff Assistant with the Miami Dolphins from June 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities included organizing outreach efforts and assisting elected officials at games. Christopher began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC Bank from June 2008 to July 2009. Christopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the Florida International University College of Business and a Master's degree in Sports Management from Florida State University.
