Melissa Castriota

Melissa Castriota, M.S. serves as the Director of Operations at the Office of the Vice Provost for Florida International University, with a career at the institution beginning in 2006. Over the years, Melissa has held several prominent roles, including Associate Director and Assistant Director at FIU at I-75, where responsibilities included supervising staff and managing event schedules. Prior experience includes coordinating enrollment services and developing training manuals during time as an Administrative Services Coordinator and Secretary in the College of Business. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Affairs at Florida International University, Melissa also holds a Master of Science in Business Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Florida International University.
