Nancy Santiago

Nancy Santiago serves as the Director of Auxiliary Services at the University of South Florida since July 2018 and has concurrently held the role of Director of Business Services at Florida International University (FIU) since September 2015, overseeing the FIU One Card and special projects. Previously, Nancy worked as the Assistant Director of the FIU One Card Program from October 2011 to September 2015, leading a team to enhance operational efficiency and improving the program's financial standing. Early career at FIU included a position as Marketing & Operations Manager from January 2008 to September 2011, where Nancy developed marketing strategies and collaborated on web design for vendor services. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
