David Tobar

David Tobar is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority since November 2023. With a longstanding career as an Information Technology Consultant at Smart Industry Tech since 2001, David has designed and implemented infrastructure solutions for local residents and small businesses in Key West. Previously, David held the position of Senior IT Network Manager for the City of Key West from December 2016 to April 2022, focusing on network infrastructure security and support. David's earlier experience includes various roles at the Health and Hospital Corporation of New York City, including Regional Director of the Workplace Computing Group and Assistant Director of Enterprise Information Technology Services. David holds a Cybersecurity Certification from the University of Miami, completed in December 2021.
