Amber Seale has extensive experience in marketing and account management, currently serving as Deputy Secretary of Marketing and Chief of Brand Management for the State of Florida Lottery since December 2017. Prior to this role, Amber worked as SVP, Account Director at BRIGHT RED\TBWA and at Deutsch, where responsibilities included senior account leadership for PNC Bank's Brand and Retail Lines of Business. Significant prior experience includes Management Supervisor at Gardner Nelson & Partners, focusing on strategic communications for National Grid and Garanimals, and roles at The Kaplan Thaler Group and DDB, where Amber managed various accounts including P&G and Merck/Schering-Plough. Amber Seale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Flagler College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The Florida Lottery
In 1986, Florida voters authorized a lottery through a constitutional amendment, enacted by a two-to-one margin that would use its proceeds to enhance public education in Florida. Governor Bob Martinez and the Florida Legislature established the Florida Lottery with the mission of maximizing revenues for education to allow the people of Florida to benefit from significant additional monies while providing the best lottery games available. Over the history of the Florida Lottery, both goals have been accomplished.
