Dawn Crooks

Dawn Crooks has extensive experience in sales and merchandising within various retail environments, primarily in Florida. Since September 2010, Crooks has served as a sales representative for the State of Florida Lottery, recognized as a TOP TEN Sales Rep in 2016, focusing on the South Florida area including Fort Lauderdale. Previously, Crooks worked at Acosta as a Merchandiser and New Hire Trainer, managing a territory of Wal-Mart accounts and enhancing client sales. This role followed a position at Proctor & Gamble as Retail Market Manager, where responsibilities included managing and training part-time merchandisers. Earlier roles also include Retail Sales Representative positions at Proctor & Gamble and Warner Lambert/Pfizer, where Crooks conducted sales initiatives and training seminars.
