The Florida Lottery
Kenny Turner has a diverse background in Information Technology, Game Design, and Interactive Media Design. With experience working in various roles such as Technical Analyst, System Analyst, Computer System Operator, HR Advisor, GIS Assistant, and Teachers Assistant. Kenny has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Florida State University, a Bachelor's degree in Game Design from Full Sail University, and an Associate's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Tallahassee Community College. Kenny's experience ranges from operating computer systems, handling emergency situations, supporting HR functions, creating spatial illustrations, conducting field checks, and creating thematic maps for customers.
The Florida Lottery
In 1986, Florida voters authorized a lottery through a constitutional amendment, enacted by a two-to-one margin that would use its proceeds to enhance public education in Florida. Governor Bob Martinez and the Florida Legislature established the Florida Lottery with the mission of maximizing revenues for education to allow the people of Florida to benefit from significant additional monies while providing the best lottery games available. Over the history of the Florida Lottery, both goals have been accomplished.
