Shelly Gerteisen

Shelly Gerteisen has a diverse work experience with various roles in different government agencies in the State of Florida. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Clerk Specialist in the Division of Inmate Grievances at the State of Florida Department of Corrections until 2002. Shelly then moved to the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, where they worked as a Complaint Analyst and Mediator in the Division of Regulation from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined the State of Florida Lottery, initially starting as a Customer Service Representative and gradually moving up to different roles including Public Affairs Specialist, Senior Public Affairs Specialist, Communications Manager, Draw Product Manager, Deputy Director of Product, and finally, as the Director of Product from February 2019 onwards.

Shelly Gerteisen attended Florida State University - College of Business from 2001 to 2005. However, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time.
