Jessica Schmidt

Jessica Schmidt is an experienced real estate professional with over two decades of expertise in residential marketing and property management. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Florida Luxury Realty since July 2010, Jessica provides marketing services to sellers in West Pasco County and assists buyers with real estate purchases, including new construction and custom builds. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Broker-Owner at J4 Realty, Inc., where management of daily operations and offering real estate and property management services were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes being a Broker Associate at Premier Group Realty, Inc., and a strong educational background with degrees from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate and the University of Puerto Rico, complemented by military training in ordnance from the U.S. Army.
