Katholeen "Kate" Kampfe MA GRI is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience since 1995. Currently a Broker Associate at Florida Luxury Realty since April 2010, Kate advises on the acquisition, management, and disposal of real property, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Prior roles include Broker Owner, Broker Associate, and Sales Associate at various real estate firms, as well as the Public Access Television Manager at Jones Intercable/Time Warner. From 1984 to 1987, Kate served as President of Access Video of Western Pennsylvania and was a Video Artist in Residence at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit and Somerset School District, where teaching video production skills was a key responsibility. Academically, Kate holds a BA in Psychology/Philosophy from the University of Denver and an MA in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University, supplemented by education at the University of Nebraska.
