Miguel Velazquez

Miguel Velazquez is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in both education and real estate. As a Sales Associate and Realtor at Florida Luxury Realty since May 2011, Miguel is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate ambitions through a deep understanding of marketing, technology, and market analysis. Previously, as Principal at Eli Whitney Elementary School from November 1999 to July 2007, Miguel successfully transformed the school's performance in reading and math from the lower quarter to the top quarter over eight years. Additionally, Miguel served as President/CEO of Homeseekers Real Estate from February 1983 to October 2001, focusing on residential and commercial real estate, including rehabs and investments. Miguel's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northeastern Illinois University, a Juris Doctor from DePaul University, and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
