Anissa Nichols

Anissa Nichols is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational management and client services. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Physician Offices at Florida Medical Clinic since February 2020, Anissa previously held the role of Corporate Operations Manager at MyCare Medical Group and spent over seven years at Concentra as Center Operations Director, where significant improvements were made to an occupational health clinic's profitability. Anissa’s expertise was further developed at Integrated Genetics as the National Client Services Director, shaping the strategy for the reproductive franchise's client services, and at Genzyme Genetics, where a progressive career culminated in the role of Client Services Supervisor. Anissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with honors from the University of Phoenix.
