Collette Hines

Collette Hines is an experienced professional in project management and business analysis, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Florida Memorial University since February 2019, and as a Business Analyst within the Higher Education sector since December 2018. With a background in instructional design and training at FMU since August 2010, Collette specializes in the development and evaluation of online teaching programs and technologies, supporting faculty and staff in implementing instructional innovations. Previous roles include coaching young adults at Life Track Coaching, managing finances and budgets for the United Nations, and creating evidentiary documentation for war crimes investigations. Collette holds an MBA from De Haagse Hogeschool and has a degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
