Wendy Leigh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts since March 2023 and as the CEO/Owner of Results-Driven Consulting since January 2022, Wendy has demonstrated a commitment to guiding organizations through transitions and driving impactful change. Previous positions include Interim Chief Executive Officer at Unity of Tampa, Chief Executive Officer at The Franciscan Center, Director of Development and Community Relations at Hillel Academy Tampa Florida, and Chief Development and Marketing Officer at University Area CDC. Wendy's tenure at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts includes significant achievements as Vice President of Education and Artistic Director. With foundational experience as the Founder and Artistic Director of The Loft Theater, Wendy possesses a rich background in the arts and community development supported by degrees from the University of South Florida and Columbia College.
