Sheryl K. Parker, ARM, MCM, serves as the Deputy Commissioner of Market Regulation at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation since June 2017, where Sheryl K. has held various titles including Director of P&C Market Regulation and Financial Administrator. Prior to this role, Sheryl worked at the Florida Department of Transportation from July 2015 to June 2017 as the QA & Policy Planning Supervisor in the Human Resources Office and as the Human Resources Records and Procedures Supervisor. Sheryl began their career at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation as a Senior Management Analyst - Supervisor from January 2012 to July 2015, and previously worked as a Government Operations Consultant II at the Florida Department of Financial Services from January 2007 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include completion of a program with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in 2014 and a degree from Kaplan University, attended from 2010 to 2013.
