Lee Istrail

Lee Istrail is an experienced attorney specializing in antitrust and complex litigation. Currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General since August 2014, Istrail enforces state and federal antitrust, consumer protection, and securities laws, conducts civil investigations, and provides antitrust counsel for the State. Prior roles include Counsel at Clearspire Law Company, where Istrail offered antitrust and business counseling, and Attorney at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where Istrail was the lead associate on a significant antitrust settlement. Early career experiences include positions at the U.S. House of Representatives and the Federal Trade Commission. Istrail holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
