Maria del Carmen Morales

Maria del Carmen Morales is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since April 2024. Previously, Maria del Carmen worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney from April 2018 to April 2024 and held positions as a Judicial Assistant and Judicial Intern at the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida between January 2017 and April 2018. Earlier in her career, Maria del Carmen gained customer service experience at Bank of America from September 2010 to January 2017. Maria del Carmen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida (2009-2013).
