Brittany Roman

Brittany Roman possesses a diverse and extensive background in athletic training, player development, and scouting, currently serving as an Area Scout for Hula Bowl and in Player Personnel/Player Relations for THE DREAM BOWL since August 2024. Previous experience includes a role in player development at Beyond The Field Player Development and a scouting student position at The Scouting Academy, where Brittany honed skills in scouting and film evaluation. Athletic training experience spans across various institutions, including Southern Illinois University and the United States Military Academy at West Point, where evaluations, rehabilitation plans, and injury management were key responsibilities. Brittany holds both a Master of Science in Athletic Training and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Delaware, along with ongoing MBA studies in Sports Management at Florida International University and Universidad Europea.
