Monique Maldonado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and billing management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Florida Orthopaedic Institute since April 2012, Monique collaborates with the Business Analyst team to enhance and automate organizational processes, and provides insights through PowerBI Dashboards. Prior roles include Business Office Manager and Business Analyst, where Monique created reimbursement reports and managed invoicing for skilled nursing facilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Billing Supervisor for Robert A. Norman DO, PA, overseeing billing operations, and as a Billing Manager at Women's Care Florida, where Monique ensured compliance while improving accounts receivable for a multi-location practice. Monique holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science/Health Management/Health Information Technology from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hillsborough Community College.
