Don Strube is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the paint industry and real estate development. Since founding Florida Paints in January 2012, Don Strube has driven innovation and growth within the company. As Managing Partner of R&D Partners, Don Strube engages in real estate development, investment management, and offers entrepreneurial advisory services. Prior to these roles, Don Strube served as President and CEO of Color Wheel Paints from 1983 to 2007. Don Strube holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University, where studies were completed between 1977 and 1981.
