Keith Fine

Keith Fine is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and training. Currently serving as Vice President of Programming & Development and General Manager of the Panthers Ice Den at the Florida Panthers since July 2016, Keith Fine has demonstrated expertise in sports management. Previously, as a Simulation Operations Officer in the US Army, responsibilities included developing simulation training strategies and operational knowledge management. As a Company Commander, Keith Fine led a Basic Combat Training Company, focusing on developing subordinate leaders and fostering team cohesion. Training in leadership and critical decision-making was further honed through the Field Artillery Captains Career Course. Keith Fine also notably participated as a Soldier Athlete in the Army's World Class Athlete Program, competing in Team Handball. Keith Fine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
