Lauren Cochran

Lauren Cochran was named the Chief Marketing Officer of the Florida Panthers in 2023. In her role, Cochran oversees marketing, content, creative, social media, game presentation, retail and digital media for the hockey club, FLA Live Arena, Panthers IceDen and Ft. Lauderdale War Memorial.

Prior to joining the Panthers, the Richboro, Penn., native spent 10 seasons with the Miami Heat, rising to be Chief of Digital Marketing for the organization. While with the Heat, Cochran led initiatives to expand e-commerce through dynamic, award-winning uniform campaigns and building out a digital marketing strategy with record-breaking retail success year over year. Under her leadership, the Heat experienced sustained growth in both the club's digital presence and on social media through strategic and engaging content.

Following her graduation from The George Washington University with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2006, Cochran spent over seven years with the Philadelphia Flyers organization where she rose to become Director of Digital Media.
