Michael Kapp

Michael Kapp is currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations for the Florida Panthers since February 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Delaware North Companies from March 2001 to February 2021, including Retail Director overseeing stadium retail operations for the Minnesota Twins, and Retail Manager for both the Nashville Predators and the Springfield Cardinals. Michael began career experience as a Retail Supervisor for the St. Louis Cardinals. Michael's military background includes service as a Paratrooper in the US Army from July 1990 to May 1997, with assignments in multiple airborne infantry battalions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2004.
