Rob Matthews, MBA, is a seasoned professional in retail operations with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Retail Operations at C&S Wholesale Grocers since January 2022, Rob previously held multiple leadership roles at Stop & Shop, including Director of Store Operations and Director of Ecommerce Operations. Rob's tenure at Stop & Shop also saw him fulfilling roles such as Regional Vice President of Operations - Interim and Director of Operations, where Rob was responsible for managing regulatory compliance and enhancing operational efficiencies across various locations. Rob's experience includes managing the Produce and Floral Departments for a significant number of stores across New England and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue. Educational credentials include an MBA from American International College and a BA in Geography and Economics from Framingham State University, along with certificates in Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Cornell University.
