Norma Altidor

Norma Altidor is a seasoned professional in higher education and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of DEI & Multicultural Affairs with the Florida Panthers since September 2021. Previously, Norma held various positions in residence life, including Coordinator at the University of Central Florida, where oversight included managing 800+ residents and supervising staff while promoting community engagement and equity. Other roles include Residence Life Coordinator at Wake Forest University and Residence Hall Director at Georgia State University, where responsibilities ranged from student conduct management to professional development for resident staff. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Education from the University of Central Florida, alongside a Master's in College Student Affairs and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
