Blanca Perez is an accomplished leader in the energy sector with over 25 years of experience at Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), where current responsibilities include serving as Director of Planning and Performance. Previous roles at FPL include Director of Field Operations, Manager of Change Management, Manager of Safety, and Credit & Collections Manager, all of which involved significant leadership and strategic oversight in various operational areas. Prior to FPL, Blanca served as Merger Integration Lead at NextEra Energy, Inc., overseeing change management efforts during a major acquisition. Blanca holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Florida.
