Ernest Carroll, CSM, is an experienced project and program management professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Microsoft D365 Sr. Project/Program Manager at Microsoft since May 2022, Ernest specializes in overseeing project implementation, ensuring client-focused outcomes, and maintaining project management best practices. As the CEO/Owner of Superior Consulting Services LLC, Ernest leads the establishment of a Project Management Office for manufacturing clients.
