Gary Greaves

Gary Greaves is an experienced technical leader in the energy and maintenance sectors, currently serving as Production Technical Leader at NextEra Energy, Inc. since May 2015. In this role, Gary oversees the operation and maintenance of a 300 megawatt cogeneration power plant, managing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting high-voltage systems. Prior to this, Gary held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Transocean from 1997 to 2015, leading a team on deepwater drilling vessels and managing significant operational budgets. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Support Engineer at Baxter International Inc., focusing on the installation and training of automated pharmacy systems. Gary holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics from Pennco Technical School.
