Jaime Holland

Jaime Holland currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Florida Power & Light Company since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jaime held the position of Executive Director at NextEra Energy Resources from February 2021 to January 2023 and served as Senior Director for FPL Energy Services, Inc. from November 2015 to February 2021. Experience at Florida Power & Light from January 2013 to November 2015 included responsibilities as Director of Support Services, overseeing business analytics, supply chain market intelligence, quality, payment services, and compliance. Previous roles also include Sourcing Manager for Wind Operations at NextEra Energy Resources and various procurement and supervisory positions at NextEra Energy, alongside service as an Army Transportation Officer from May 1996 to July 2008. Jaime holds two master's degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology, one in Management with a focus on Logistics and another in Logistics Management, and an undergraduate degree from Virginia State University.
