Santosh Jha

Santosh Jha is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the energy and utility industries. Currently serving as an IT Technology Leader at Florida Power & Light Company since November 2021, Santosh oversees application delivery for the Outage Management System portfolio, leading a team of over 100 associates. Prior to this role, Santosh was a Senior Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions for nearly a decade, managing service levels and delivering solutions in outage management. Earlier career experiences include supporting mainframe applications at Patni, serving as a Business System Analyst at McDonald's Corporation, and developing pricing/rate automation at YRCW Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University.
