Troy Rice

Troy Rice serves as the Vice President and General Manager of FPL Energy Services at NextEra Energy, overseeing strategy and operations for Florida's leading energy service provider since September 2013. Previously, Troy held various positions at NextEra Energy, including Senior Director of Engineering & Construction and Strategic Sourcing, where management of engineering and sourcing activities supported a multi-billion dollar annual spend. Troy's earlier roles at FPL included Director of Corporate Services Sourcing and Manager of Supplier Performance Management. Graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Troy also started a career at the same institution as Assistant to the Financial Director of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences.
