Cindy Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Serving as a Senior Attorney at the Florida Public Service Commission since 1988, Cindy has built a strong career focused on regulatory law and governance. Previously, Cindy held the role of Inspector General at the Florida Department of Management Services from 1986 to 1988 and worked as an Attorney at Roberts, Baggett, LaFace and Richard from 1984 to 1986. Cindy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida, obtained in 1984.
