Cynthia Muir, APR has extensive work experience in various government organizations in Florida. Cynthia started their career in 2001 as an Executive Assistant in the Commissioner's Office at the Florida Department of Education. From there, they joined the Florida Department of Environmental Protection where they held roles such as Senior Management Analyst and Director of Cabinet Affairs. Cynthia also worked at the Florida State Parks within the Department of Environmental Protection. In 2007, they moved to the Florida Public Service Commission where they held positions as Director of the Office of Public Information and later as Director of the Office of Consumer Assistance & Outreach. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in communication, public information, and consumer assistance.
